These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Customer", "you") and AnswerLens Inc. ("AnswerLens", "we", "us"). By creating an account, running a brand scan, or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.
AnswerLens provides automated, scheduled querying of publicly accessible third-party artificial intelligence engines (including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot) for mentions of your configured domains and benchmarks. We provide semantic accuracy scoring, Answer Share percentage calculations, drift alerts, and structured content recommendations ("Fix Briefs").
You agree to configure domains that you own, operate, or have a legitimate commercial interest in monitoring as competitor industry benchmarks. You agree not to abuse or attempt to overload our query infrastructure, reverse-engineer proprietary question modeling algorithms, or resell raw scan data without written authorization.
You acknowledge that foundation models are operated by independent third-party vendors and are inherently non-deterministic. While AnswerLens fix briefs are engineered based on high-authority Schema.org markup and structured semantic patterns proven to improve citation reliability, AnswerLens does not control third-party model weights and cannot guarantee that any specific model will alter its generated output or citation ranking within a set timeframe.
Paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current billing period. Annual plans qualify for a 20% discount and are non-refundable after a 14-day initial trial window.
You retain all rights to your trademarks, domain content, and verified source-of-truth documentation. AnswerLens retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the AnswerLens platform, UI, proprietary question modeling taxonomies, and analytics software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration or competent courts of competent jurisdiction.
